The Bible is one of the most read works in history, containing works by different authors it is divided into two parts, namely the Old and New Testaments.

This Digital Humanities project aims to demonstrate the scope of editorial differences that exist between versions of the Bible across time and space. You can search through the Bibles explored by locations, languages, or see them on a timeline – simply click on the buttons below.


This project is maintained by students on the program Rare Book and Digital Humanities of the Université de Bourgogne Franche-Comté.
